California Respiratory Therapy Schools

Respiratory Therapy is a great field to get into. It is estimated by recent labor statistics that within the next six years there is going to be an increase in demand for certified and trained Respiratory Therapists. Respiratory Therapists work with people from infancy to seniors. Many of the people that are seen by Respiratory Specialists have breathing issues or Cardiopulmonary Disorders. Therapists are trained in treating people using oxygen as well as oxygen mixtures. It is important that Respiratory Therapists are familiar and comfortable using computers. Many of the monitors and some equipment used for treating patients are operated by computers.
